Zotenhold is a cooperative action survival RPG. The Mavalkin horde comes for the hold of Zotenhold in endless waves, and your company is all that stands in the way.
Choose a class, spend skill points on its tree, gear up between waves and learn to fight as a group. The game is built for big co-op sessions where the players who talk to each other are the ones who survive.
Hold the castle against waves of the Mavalkin. Fight through the pressure, regroup, and prepare for the next assault.
Warriors, casters, healers and summoners share the roster with less conventional defenders like the Cook and Gardener.
Choose complementary roles, protect your allies and coordinate your abilities when the horde closes in.
Compare equipment, check your attributes and spend skill points to shape your build.
Call for heals, draw enemies away from an ally, or interrupt a dangerous cast. Your class matters, but so does what you do for the group.
See what an enemy is casting and whether it can be stopped. Interrupt a Sun Priest’s heal before it mends the whole pack.
Enemies run a shared threat table. Tanks taunt and hold it so the rest of the company can do its job.
Some enemies lock onto one player. That player needs to know, and so does everyone else.
Suicide runners that must be taunted away or killed before they reach the group.
Turning away from a melee attacker can leave you slowed. Make room to escape before the crowd surrounds you.
Bringing a downed ally back takes time. Give the player reviving them room to finish.
Fast callouts for targets, danger and help without stopping to type.
Keep track of your health, your party and the effects changing the battle.
Inventory, class skill trees, loot, storage and the reward fountain. Captured in the September 30 development build with sample loadouts.

Each class has its own abilities and skill tree. Find your role, then choose the upgrades that suit the way you want to fight.
Watch for different threats in the crowd, not just the enemy closest to you.
The Orange Giant brings a larger threat to the battlefield. Watch its attacks, make space, and keep your allies in the fight.
The Mavalkin mix melee, ranged, casters, healers and suicide runners, so every wave asks something different of the group.
Weapons, armor and accessories give you more ways to build your character. Check the equipment and attributes together before deciding what earns a place in your bag.
A Summoner can call allies into battle. Give your company another way to meet the horde.
Bring your company to Zotenhold on Windows through Steam. Play alone or gather a group of up to 10 players, test your builds against the endless horde, and share your feedback with the development community.
